How to apply
Step 1

Step 2
Contact the team to discuss your application and the support we provide at enquiries@esa-bic.org.uk as early as possible, ideally three months prior to the submission deadline
Step 3
Download the application forms and supporting documents.
Step 4
Join the application masterclass for tips and advice on completing your application.
Step 5
Arrange a time for the ESA BIC team to provide feedback on your application before the deadline by contacting your local representative or enquiries@esa-bic.org.uk
Step 6
Submit your application by 23:59 on the deadline day.
DOES YOUR BUSINESS HAVE A SPACE CONNECTION?
To apply for the ESA BIC UK, you must have a strong and innovative space connection. This includes:
Downstream application of space technology in other fields:
- Earth Observation
- Satellite Communications
- Satellite Navigation
or technology transfer from space (hardware, software, knowledge or IPR)
Upstream space
Exploiting new technology in the space domain, or supplying the space sector.
