Ignite Space, a free-to-attend SME-focused Space conference is on 7 March at Aerospace Bristol. Speakers and attendees will include senior stakeholders from across Government, industry and private equity.

The ESA BIC UK, UK Space Agency and Anchored In will be running a pitch competition at Ignite.

The pitch competition will be a main event on the day and a great platform to pitch your business to a panel of experts. The panel already includes Octopus Ventures Seed Fund, Oxford Science Enterprises and the head of the UK Space Agency’s Investment Directorate.

This competition will be open to space tech SMEs across the UK but only 10 will be selected to pitch on the day – 5 upstream and 5 downstream. The shortlisting will be conducted by ESA BIC UK, UK Space Agency and Anchored In. Shortlisted companies will be supported by Anchored In to hone their pitch ahead of the day.

Aside from great exposure, the 2 winners (one upstream and one downstream) will be fully hosted by UK Space Agency at the 2023 UK Space Conference, November 21-23 at the ICC Belfast – giving you another great dose of exposure and networking with key industry figures. Other prizes will be announced before the event.

Please note that pitches should not solicit investment in your business. The event will be fully open to conference attendees, so don’t include any information you do not wish to be in the public domain.
